PLEASE NOTE: Existing customer ordering a new prescription along with a refill order should use the Refill Prescription Orders option instead.

Online Ordering Instructions

Ordering online is a 5 step process:

1. Use our Drug Browser search tool to find your medication.
2. When you find your medication, click on the “Add to Cart” button to include these drugs in your order. Make sure you’ve selected the desired amount of medication (e.g. 100, 200 or 300 capsules).
3. Once you have all the drugs you need, click on the “Checkout” button on your shopping cart page.
4. Please select either “New Customer” or “Existing Customer” and fill out the appropriate form.
5. Now simply fax your original prescription(s) to 1-888-635-3817(toll free) .

How to Order Prescriptions by FAX

If you prefer, fax your prescription and all other information to our English online pharmacies:

• Fill out the respective order form (please print clearly).
• Fax the completed form along with your original prescription(s) to:1-888-635-3817(toll free)

BUT BEFORE YOU ORDER…

• Please fax every page of the completed order form to us.
• Your faxed prescriptions must be clearly visible – not overlapped or folded.
• Do you have more prescriptions than can fit in the designated places on the order forms? Please print off additional Fax Cover Sheets.
• Finally, add the requested contact and prescription information to any additional fax cover sheet.
