Q. When placing a first-time order, what do patients need to provide?
Like a regular pharmacy, you require a prescription. Additionally, new patients purchasing from our England pharmacies need to indicate the following:
- What medications you would like to order;
- Your contact information (phone numbers, address);
- Information regarding your health; and
- Payment information.
Q. How do refills work? Must I send you a new prescription every year?
Our English online pharmacies will renew your prescription for the number of refills indicated on the prescription you have supplied; however, once one year has passed from the day your prescription was written, we will require a new prescription from your doctor.
Q. Why do your English Pharmacies limit orders to a 90 day supply?
For regulatory reasons dealing with the importation of drugs into the United States, pharmacies can send you no more than a 90-day supply of medications, provided you meet the following conditions:
- You have a valid prescription for that amount of medication; and
- It’s for your personal use only.
If your physician writes a prescription for a greater than 90-day supply, we’ll issue only enough of the prescription to cover the first 90-days. If requested, our online drug store can issue another 90-day supply once the first 90-day supply has been used up.
