Our English drugs are obtained from licensed pharmacists, and while we do our utmost to ensure you are sent the correct prescription, in the unlikely occurrence there is a problem with the medications you received, please call us at the number provided at the bottom of this page.

For your safety and the safety of others, we do not re-dispense any prescription or non-prescription medication(s) that have been returned to our pharmacy.

If our English pharmacies do get back any medications from our patients, they immediately destroy any and all English drugs to make sure they are not re-used.

If you have any prescription drugs you no longer require, please do not dispose of them by flushing them or throwing them out with the garbage, as either method causes damage to the environment. Contact your local health services (doctor, drugstore, health clinics) to see if they provide services for the proper destruction of prescription medication which is expired or no longer required.
